Ordered a chicken supreme taco. When I walked to the table to wait for my order I noticed the receipt read beef. I have a severe... allergy to beef and went back to tell the cashier. She told the kitchen and then came back and told me they only have beef and Iwould need to pay $2.95 on top of what I had already paid. I was shocked since no where is it posted that it only comes in beefand that substitutes involve an additional charge. The cashier was very apologetic but the guy who indicated he was the managerjust stared at me like I was stupid. I said it should be indicated that you can only get beef. I could die from eating beef soit is a big deal for me and other people. This manager did not seem too interested in the health of his customers or if theyeven come back. A shame as I had enjoyed a chicken supreme taco in Oregon for no additional charge and no fuss of only servingbeef, everyone there was very friendly and nice. I got my late night fix. Was craving taco bell and did not disappoint.
Cups were not given with our order,so we had to ask for them we ordered thru the machine in the lobby,but I think it should show... on their screen,no napkins at all were given with our food,and the last trip to the register was to ask for sauce (usually otherlocations have it out) I was only given 3 sauces for the whole order, and 2 napkins for 3 people.
