Ordered a few slices over the phone. Guy who answered was rude. My wife went to pick it up and was told that the credit card... machine was broken and was asked if she had cash. She told him no, he ignored her asked rudely "yes or no?" All this for slicesthat tasted like they were from the day before. Won't be ordering again. Read more
Picked up a slice of vegetable pizza. The worst pizza I ever had. A $5 slice which is fine if its good. It had no flavor , the... dough was like white bread. A good pizza the crust should be crispy and have flavor. It had neither. The cheese , sauce andveggies also had no flavor. I have had better frozen pizza. I was hungey but threw it away. Read more
I don?t even know where to start with this review! First of all their customer service on the phone is terrible, no class or... manner nothing super unprofessional rude is not even the word. I don?t even think they deserve a start at all there should bean option to give them 0 overall. Sad that the person that they put in charge of the phones is nasty and rude! ??Horrible ppl work there, worst customer service I?ve had in a long time!!! We all ppl and make mistakes, own them and recover... in a positive way so your customers will come back. I ordered two pies, they messed up on my order and send half a pie bake zitiinstead of pepperoni. I realized after the driver left. Called them back and was somehow blamed that it was my mistake. I askedthem to pls send pepperoni as some kids here only eat that and no one wanted pasta pizza. They asked to return the wrong order,which was half of pasta pie. I thought it was wired but whatever.. They sent me new whole pie, I though is was nice gesture,only to find that my card was charged by them WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION for that half a pie!! After calling them to try toresolve this and requesting to return money to my card, I was yelled by the manager and then some girl got on the phone, yelledat me and then hanged up!! Wow!! He asked me again if it was for here and I said ?oh no. It?sto go please? and he slammed the pizza on the counter and got visibly angry with me. The woman working finished packing it andhanded it to me to pay. It was such an awkward experience and the 3 times I?ve ordered from there they never say anythingpolite.
