I would give them 0 if I had the choice. We ordered 2 veggie sandwiches without cheese, almost got charged for... cheeseburgers. Got sandwiches with cheese, charged us for bacon on one of them. I called them to let them know and the cashierblamed it on us saying "lot of communication problems." (Yes we are from another country but know english well and sure veggiedoesn't sound anything like cheeseburger or bacon.) After holding for about 5-7 minutes I was asked to call back to speak withthe manager later or tomorrow and the cashier hung up on me. I called them back and when I asked the cashier, did you hand up onme, she goes (very confrontationally) no you hung up on me. At this point, I did not see any point in talking to this cashier soI asked for the manager's name so I could contact them later and if I decided to contact corporate office, I would have somenames. This is the best part of it, I guess my accent is so thick that the cashier thought she had to tell me the manager's namelike A U S T I N, each letter spelled out for me. At this point I told the cashier that the staff needs to be trained inDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion so they can be better equipped when they are faced with it. Nothing a great burger, sack of fries and a Coke can't fix. Five Guys is definitely one of the better chain burgers, if you have... not tried one definitely give it a try. Don't forget a handful of peanuts while you wait. Read more

Burgers and fries are good, but not worth the price premium and long wait. I could see it if these were Waygu or other specialty... cuts. I could maybe understand if these were the best burgers I'd ever had These are, admittedly, good burgers, fries andshakes. I feel like every customer shares the cost for the array of toppings, even if they order a simple burger. That's notfair. Shakes on the delivery app are nearly $7. Seriously? Read more
