Very nice restaurant. Good food and wait staff. Prices on the menu are not what you are charged. We asked, and were told prices... had increased and there were signs stating such. We saw one sign on our way out. Customers should be informed before orderingabout price increases. Read more
We ordered carry out for dinner. Both of my wife and I?s meals were only partially complete. I ordered the chicken Jalisco. The... container only had chicken, rice, and onions. No beans, no guacamole, no lettuce, no sour cream, no pico de gallo. My wifeordered the enchilada tapatias. The container only had three enchiladas and rice. No beans, no guacamole, no lettuce, no sourcream, no pico de gallo. They had signs saying they are short staffed which is understandable if you make the meal the correctway. There is no excuse for this. You should not give the customer their order if it?s not done correctly. I would do 0/5 starsif possible. Will not be returning to Los Trea franchise again. Read more
I just went there with a friend and it was fantastic. The atmosphere both inside and outside is beautiful. The food was great... (we had lunch) and so was the service. This was my first time in Northville, and I loved this place. Lots of other places towalk and shop all around the restaurant. Big 5 stars from me!! Read more
This is my second time coming here and the first time I received poor service but I gave them a second chance. Today I realized... nope I?ll never come here again. The person who took my order was rude and disengage after placing my order I told her I wouldbe waiting at the bar thinking I would be able to have a drink while I wait. I sat at the bar for about 10 minutes whilemultiple bar tenders made drinks for other customers. A bartender who was on break asked me have I?ve been helped he was superapologetic once he realized that no one attended to me. As I sip my corona I waited for my food and realized it was it?s beenabout 30 mins and no one has brought my takeout. I turned around to see that there was a bag sitting on a shelf. I?m a verypatient person and I have worked in the service industry so I know things can get busy but I could see staff socializing in thekitchen and once gain no one came to attend to me. There?s no telling how long my food was sitting there so I just grabbed itmyself. Now that I?m home I realized they neglect part of my order and of course it?s cold. The queso... fundido wasn?t good enough cheese, and the Mexican sausage on top was a bit burned. The birria tacos were tasty enough, but halfof the taco was onion and it had too little meat.
