If I could give it a zero I would. Ordered online through the Wends app and literally walked out with NOTHING I ordered. When... I got there, employee said they were out of fries and offered me a baked potato or chili. Didn?t have a beverage I ordered,offered me a Frosty. It?s 30 degrees outside, why would I want a frosty?? When I got in the car I realized it was not thechicken sandwich I ordered?had to walk back in and tell them it?s the wrong sandwich. Complete fail. First time here and lasttime. Never again. Side note: I?ve been to Wendy?s as a child all over Michigan and when I travel.. this is the first time inmy 32 years I?ve ever seen a Wendy?s let alone a fast food restaurant run out of fries! How? I would give 0 if I have the choice. When we walked in, no one was at the front. Ten minutes late, one woman walked out from... back, there was no greeting and no smile. We started to order, then she just walked away without saying anything. A few minuteslate, another woman came out from back with very unhappy face. I am honestly so disappointed in this Wendy?s. One of the first times I went through the drive through I had originally asked to... make 2 orders (as I was buying food for someone) but didn?t have enough on my card by a couple dollars so I wanted to put one onmy card and pay for the other in cash. I ordered my food, explaining which order was which. After the lady gave me one total towhich I said oh it was supposed to be 2 orders and she replied with ?well i I put it on one?. At that point I gave up and justdecided to try and pay with card. And of course, it declined. As soon as it declined the worker?s attitude completely changed.She became rude and in a hurry. But of course I was able to pay it with cash. She gave me my order to which I responded ?is thateverything?? To which she said yes it?s all there. As soon as I got home, I realized she forgot my sprite. This was around 9 pm,which I promptly called around 9:05 and the phone was taken off the hook and hung up. I decided to to overlook this and go backas this is the closest Wendy?s to me. The next time I went I ordered a 4 piece nugget but only received 3/4 pieces? this time Iwas frustrated but brushed it off. I decided to go back again, and on the screen where you order was advertised Rick and Mortythemed drinks. I attempted to order one but was told they don?t have them and it just be a Tim Hortons thing. After I left andgot home I promptly googled ?Rick and Morty Wendy?s drinks? and there on google it popped up plain in sight? I am so tired ofthis Wendy?s horrible service and behavior towards customers. They are always rude and can never seem to properly get the jobdone.
