Service was atrocious, there were so many staff members but none of them were doing anything. Then when people came in the... restaurant to be seated they were nowhere to be found. The staff are apparently still required to wear masks but almost all ofthem were wearing them under their nose? Waiter was very nice but absent. Food wait times were ridiculous and the place was sosmall and not busy at all! My boyfriend said his food was decent, mine was okay but had zero seasoning and parts of the chickenwere rubbery. Haven?t been to Applebees in years, and was reminded why I don?t go here! Even the tables around us werecomplaining. The ?Blue Moon? beer cheese for the pretzel stick appetizer literally tasted exactly like canned Alfredo sauce.Like spot on, gross. Portions have went down and prices went way up at the Northwood restaurant. When we asked the manager about it she just argued... with us and wanted to take out plate back and make another, we were complaining about portion size not quality and we werehungry. I've always been a fan of Applebee's it's just basic good food(most of the time) but the thing that's made me never wanna go... back is the super loud music they play now, it's like obnoxiously loud even the servers are apologizing for not being able tohear you order. If I wanted a bar/club atmosphere I'd go to one, the food isn't good enough to justify sitting through havingyour eardrums blown out. Read more
Applebee's food has so improved in my opinion. I went with some sisters and we had a good time. We ordered Salmon, Half slab... of Ribs, and their new Queso Burger. It was delicious ????. So great food good service. Read more
