I went there for Veteran's Day supper and had an "old timer burger /with cheese and fries". It was backed up with other veterans... waiting to get in to dine, after leaving my name and proof of military service I was told it would be a 15 minute wait which Iproceeded to wait in the truck. I waited the 15 minutes and was escorted to a table by a personable waitress. The wait wastimely but they were busy, all in all the food was good and left with a full belly with a "thank you for your service" comment. Read more
Normally Chilli's is great for the price. Order the "Old-timer" had cheap shredded lettuce, tomato was wilted, and the cheese... looked like it has seen better days. Just wasn't worth the money. If I wanted a cheap slapped together burger I would have wentto McDonald's. There was only one other car in the parking lot so it was not busy. I couldn't get a server over to my table torefill the kid's soda. Very well cleaned no issues at the cleaning crew always very clean. Read more
Food was good, server was great, but they were shorthanded on staff, so we had to wait a bit for ordering and food to be ready.... Then soup was cold because it sat a bit while server was tending to other tables. They were really nice though about making itright. Read more
We ordered dinner here tonight and received the spinach queso dip cold. The entire bottom half of the container was raw spinach... and the shredded cheese in there was raw, meaning the dip was never hot. This is gross guys. If your cooks don't want to makefood properly, please dont serve it to our family and charge us. When gas is almost $5 a gallon and we're driving over to pickof $40 dollars worth of food, and tipping your staff, please take more pride in your job. We also picked the "pay in store"option and received a text shortly after, telling us we had to pay prior to picking up the food. So we payed through the linkthey sent and when we got to the store they tried to charge us again. We explained that we already paid and the woman lookedvisible irritated saying something along the lines of "I guess it went through". Been here multiple times. Food is always good! We love chili's and have been to various locations. Great staff
