I don't eat here often. But when I do I only order the chow mein and steamed veggies because I'm vegan. And 9 times out of 10... the chow mein is TOO GREASY. This is an excellent review for Maria one of Panda's employees. Maria was very kind friendly and helpful. Thank you Maria for... being kind and helpful assistance and going above and beyond. Now as far as Miguel the attending manager at least that what hesaid he was. He was rude and didn't want to give me my refund. Said they don't do that. I pulled up Pandas refund policy to showhim. He just ignored me and still wouldn't do it. So I called Panda's customer complaint line. As soon as I got through then hewalked away and Maria Panda's employee ended up helping me out. Food us great and service is a well, but they were out of most food when we got there.
Can you guys please add the chili packs as a regular, I always forget to ask because every other place includes soy sauce and... how sauce so I never ask and I always get home and am disappointed because chili is an important reason why I would eat acertain food... Good quality otherwise...just don't forget the chili please or at least have the counter ask if we wantchili Update,they still add the fortune cookies nobody really wants and they leave the hot sauce and soy sauce out....and yes Iforgot again to ask for a chili pack....there should be at least one included... Im going to have to drop a star every time Igo and the sauce isn't in the bag or they don't even ask if I want chili... Fresh and friendly staff. Food is delicious except if tou pay for BEEF & Broccoli you instead pay for BROCCOLI & Beef like 3... tiny pieces of beef... Angus steak is vegetables and steak and you pay extra..this was even before "inflation" so no excuses. Read more
