Foods amazing but menu outdated, just ordered 20 wings and a apple pizza cost me 30.00 with delivery, go look at the menu food... cost equals 22.00... big diffrence, an update would help customers tremendously Read more
Just called to place an order and when asked if there was an online menu i could look at was told "it's out of date" so... proceeded to ask if they had what i was looking for, they did, however, when asking about the items the person on the phone washard to hear and kept putting the phone down presumably to ask about the products i was trying to get more information aboutprior to my ordering. When the order got here i found that one of the items ordered wasnt even needed. As i wasnt even told itcame with garlic bread so had a full order of it that didnt even need to order. The item that came with the garlic bread wasmade horribly and when i called the person answering again hard to hear and kept putting the phone down eventually leading tothe manager who did not want to listen and just wanted to argue with me before they decided to zip their lip and just listen towhat i was telling them. Would not recomend this place to anybody after this experience. Food is prob okay at best but justthe fact that they wanted to argue with me, the customer, who was being civil and as proffessional as possible during the entirecall, they will not patronize this place again, also will tell others not to as well. Pizza was very good. I was not a fave of the minced onion but overall will for sure order again..
I ordered a foldover, which was delicious. I had an odd request and got all the veggies on the side, the driver forgot to hand... me my veggies, but it was no big deal cause they got a hold of him and he came right back. I wish I would have tipped him more.He's always friendly and straight to the point. I love the service of this restaurant, maybe not always fast but it's alwaysworth the wait!!
