Great food. Staff is really nice. When I sat at the bar a few months ago, food came fast and bartender was really... kind/attentive. Calamari was done just right. Prime 82 made food for my girlfriends granddaughters sweet 16 birthday a few days ago. We ordered lasagna, baked ziti, baked... macaroni and cheese, chicken and broccoli Alfredo, sausage peppers and onions and a salad. Every item was delicious and cookedperfectly and it was ready for me to pick up at the time I asked for. Everyone at the party raved about how good the food wasand asked where it came from. Absolutely horrible service! We were there for my birthday and waited well over an hour for the food. More like an hour and a... half. No apology. Nothing. Other people came and ate and left before we were even served. And to top that off the waiteractually chased us down at the door because he felt his tip was not good enough!! So rude. If we would have been served in adecent amount of time the tip would have been more! Will never eat there again. Read more
