Had a yummy smoked salmon bagel. I only wish you could add extra stuff such as egg and cheese.

I come here a lot and my experience varies every time. Sometimes, I will come in and order my food and everything will be fast... and perfect. Zero complaints when that happens. Other times, it will take forever and I will find myself waiting almost twentyminutes. Naturally, you could assume that this variation results from the amount of people there at any given time, but I'vefound that it does not. I can be the only person there and it can take fifteen minutes or I can order the same thing when thereis a crowd and be out in five. Occasionally, this location will be completely out of something. They are pretty good aboutsubstituting it for something else at no additional cost. On occasion they will mess up your order, such as when I asked for acountry grilled cheese without tomato, only to find myself eating it without the bacon that is on it, and covered in tomato.
