Went later on a Sunday night, after a Ravens game. Dinning room wasn't super busy. Our server came over quickly to take drink... orders and was very patient with us (my 9 year old wanted chocolate milk and we were trying to choose a back up Incase thatwasn't available). Unfortunately when it came time to order one of our choices was not available, which was not readily offeredbefore ordering. She was apologetic and patient while a new item was decided on. There seemed to be a misunderstanding about aside of spaghetti noodles with Marsala sauce on them in place of marinara to accompany the chicken marsala, as the noodles camewith no sauce what so ever. The chicken pieces were much smaller than previous visits (again later on a Sunday, potentiallylower in stock) and the sauce seemed to be different. I am not sure why ?Pizza? is in this restaurant?s title but I was surely hoodwinked. $24 wasted. Firstly, the To-go packaging... was criminal. For a pizza place to not have pizza boxes is unruly. THEN to just wrap pizzas and have them on paper plates iscrazy to me. The pizza was still raw in the middle. I wish I could give negative stars to truly show how terrible my diningexperience was. The crust on the pizzas here is fantastic. It's different, (sometimes different is bad, especially with something classic like... pizza), but whatever it is they do with the dough is awesome. It's crispy but still has a thick crust mouth feel. Really goodstuff. We don't live near Desantis but make the trip every now and then just because the pizza is so good. Read more
