This is the first and last time I go to this place. Although their coffee was ok. Their customer service is lacking. Since it... was my first time at the coffee shop, I asked for a large caramel macchiato. The lady rudely responded with ..?well this isn?tStarbucks?. I replied to her that although this isn?t Starbucks, this is my first time in the place and if she knew what it was,we were good. Rude customer service is not good for business. Read more
This is a hopping place. I found it by accident since my gps waas taking me to another shop. Wow! The selection is crazy with... coffee and it's way better than the chain coffee. Their in house pastries are scrumptious! Read more
We love Dr. Insomniac's! We used to live down the street and it was a staple in our day. But now we live in Santa Rosa, and... everytime we pass by we have to stop. I love their breakfast foods, and my boyfriend loves their coffee. They've created alovely environment in their courtyard. Read more
