My experience at Leo?s in Novi yesterday was excellent. My servers name was, JP She was nice and very conscientious! She sure... was on point always to make sure If I needed anything. My coffee cup was nearly always full she made sure of it. The food wasvery good. I received my food quickly and it was nice and hot and made exactly how I ordered it. The employees here are all verynice and conscientious. I think some other establishments could gets some great pointers here to take back for their employeesif they came in. I was disappointed tonight. They advertise as being open until 9 pm. I pulled up at 8:35-8:40 and the open light was still on in... the window. I walked in to place a carryout order. There was one table of about 6 people eating inside and the lady sitting bythe register asked if I had already placed a order. When I informed her that I hadn't, she then told me that their kitchen hadalready stopped taking orders for the night. Well then they should not advertise as being open until 9 pm or have the open lighton. My carryout order would have probably been at least another $50 with their prices these days. Read more

Being in town for work on a regular basis, Leo's Novi is my go to place for meals. The food is always top notch and the staff is... friendly and very welcoming. I have never had a bad meal or poor service not even during the lunch rush. Highly recommend thisestablishment. Read more
