Additional Information
The environment felt like a college cafeteria. Order upfront, seat yourself, and wait for someone to bring the food out. Also,... trash and plates/cups/bowls/silverware had to be discarded in a huge two whole container. The lemonade was not good (didn'ttaste fresh) neither did the flavor shots that came from the self serving fountain drink machine. Overall the service and foodwas just ok. Read more
Olga's never fails to deliver a great meal in the fast casual dining space. I tried one of their bowls for the first time... yesterday and, unlike more expensive places I have been, they cooked the falafel correctly. Read more
This Olgas has adopted a cafe style operation. You pay before you get your food. The staff is only there to bring your food out... and disinfect tables. This is not a traditional restaurant anymore, there is no ? waitstaff?. The server will not come check onyou multiple times. However if you need something and grab their attention they are pretty nice to accommodate you. You bussyour own dishes and throw away your trash, and fill up your beverage. This is fine, however management needs to remove the tipoption when you swipe your credit card. ( kind of pretentious), your serving yourself but expected to tip. If I?m cleaning upafter myself I?m not tipping. I tipped anyway because I was accommodated by the nice store employee ( extra sauce, side ofpickles ect). I feel that if the store was busy though I would be ignored. If I wasn?t so high maintenance in my food needs I?mnot sure I?d be inclined to tip since I?m doing everything myself. Food came fast , somewhat fresh and hot but I didn?t know Iwas entering a cafe rather than a traditional restaurant. It?s a nice setting for your introverted person that doesn?t like tobe pestered by a server. Also the beverage dispenser was Pepsi products and almost all flavors lacked taste and were flat. One employee taking orders and serving. We were told no servers were working today. The employee was wonderful and seemed... stressed. I'm guessing another greedy owner that has never worked a day in their life and can't pay enough to keep staff onhand. Read more

They do not have table service. You order and they bring the food. Service was fast and food was good. I prefer table service,... but if you can't get people to work, at least service was really fast. This is a Pepsi place, sadly. Do have a nice sodafountain though you can choose to add extra flavors into your soda. curly fries are really good. My preference is the originallogo and their regular salad.
