I just found out last week that Chris' Bakery existed! Luckily for me, my Saturday involved a trip to Oak Harbor and I of course... had to stop by and give a cinnamon roll a try. And I am so glad I did! A cute little bakery with so many choices! Seating was alittle limited, so be prepared if you go on a busy day. The cinnamon roll did not disappoint. It had just the right amount ofsoft, "gooeyness" inside and the glaze was not insanely sweet. The staff was also so friendly. This place has a good variety of donuts and they are tasty. They also have other assorted pastries. The staff are friendly. I... got an amazing looking cake here for a birthday, but it tasted like cardboard with obscene amounts of flavorless frosting. There really was no redeeming part to the taste and their cakes are not cheap. We ended up throwing out the uneaten half ofit. I can recommend the donuts but can't say the same for cakes. Read more
