Overall the food was really good with one exception. The Brisket was truly terrible. It must be a low grade Brisket flat because... it was dry and not cooked properly. It had very little smoke flavor and wasn't even close to tender. If I made a brisket thatbad I would turn it into chilli or throw it away. Loved my lunch stop today. Very good pulled pork excellent brisket cooked just to the point to be able to pull apart with your... hands. The barbeque sauce was balanced very well not too sweet not too vingerie. The sides were just as good. Mac and cheesecheesey runny gewyness. The beans cooked they way they should be there are some bits of meat on there too. Overall very goodbarbeque. It was empty when I pulled in but it got busy while I was eating. Very welcoming customer service, ladies were super nice. Pulled Pork sandwiches hit the spot with a side of coleslaw and loved... how each sandwich included it?s own little container of bbq sauce which was great. Would have taken a picture but I ate it sofast, I forgot. The brisket wasn?t very tender and a little on the dry side, not my favorite to be honest but still enjoyedit. The banana pudding was great! 4 pulled pork sandwiches with sides, 1 brisket with sides, 2 banana puddings. I paid about 80$before tip. Will return! Read more
