I committed the cardinal sin of drive through fast food. I did not open the bag and do an inventory. I got all the way home... when I realized there was no fries in the bag. Far to far to drive back. I will say the food was on time and ready when I gotthere for pickup. The restaurant was clean and the guy behind the counter was pleasant. The food was mediocre at best but wouldbring me back in a pinch. However, when an order is incomplete, there is no excuse. So all be it this was my first time, it willbe my last. It's a shame too. I placed a online order and showed up about 12 mins after ordering. I let them know i was there to pick up. After about 5 mins i... saw what later to find out was my food go up on there shelf. A half hour later they finally told me my food was ready. It wascold and i asked for my money back. I was told no and i would just have to wait for them to remake my food. While waitinganother 20 mins for at this point food i didnt want i watched the manager yell at the front clerk even tho he had looked at mybag of food several times and never called out my name.
