My wife and I were on OKI, and since we love tacos of all types, we decided to come here. My two tacos (a Kai-Joe and a Coulio)... were both delicious and a good size, definitely not street tacos. My wife's Kai-Joe burrito was also tasty, and our chips withqueso were solid. The service was friendly, and the buzzer let us know when everything was ready. One big thing working in ourfavor was that it was a Thursday night in November, so very off-season. Read more
I will start off by saying the food here is great. We order a lot and always enjoy their specials. So I placed an order tonight... ( Friday) for the whole family. Was told a very reasonable time for them to make all the food, and was happy when I arrived topick it up. However I was informed before paying that they automatically add a 20% gratuity to my pick up/ to-go order. When Iquestioned why, was told they only had one person making food and its the owners policy. Mind you my food is sitting beside theyoung lady and after I questioned the policy she began trying to negotiate a different Tip amount. After our discussion I left,and the food stayed there. I have owned my business in this area for many years, and Love all local food and businesses. But itsnever been a policy to make a customer pay for my workers. Best shrimp tacos (plump, perfectly seasoned), delicious soft tortillas. Sauces are a perfect complement. Walk up to pickup your... food & eat at the clean picnic tables. Great for entire family.
