We were sat quickly and all the staff was very kind to us! We enjoyed that while the staff was prompt and on top of everything,... they didn’t hover over our table. The appetizer we got was SO incredible. We got the pretzel bites with cheese and I would goback simply for this. Amazing!! Of course I didn’t get a photo of them. But then I got a pulled pork sandwich and my sistergot the Texas burger and holy moly, they were both incredible! Lovely atmosphere, great reasonably priced food, and friendlystaff! First time visiting, early afternoon. The host lady was polite and friendly. Tristan served us and he was polite, respectful,... kind and helpful. The burgers and fries were tasty, the chicken strips were soft and delicious, the ranch sauce was a plus. Theplace looked clean overall. The atmosphere indoors was calm and peaceful, the music helped set the amiable mood. We liked thefact that Tristan and a fellow waiter asked us if everything was okay, but weren’t nagging. Out of towner experience Was recommended by a local and friend of mine about this place. We sat outside their place and had an... awesome waitress. Got the Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese, Bigger version. Was definitely worth the $18 tag. Wasn't super spicy,wasn't over creamy. Just the right amount of everything. My girlfriend got the Asian Bowl and she really enjoyed it. The saucethat it was paired with added an extra boost in flavor and comes highly recommended. I just moved to Oak Park and Scratch on Lake was the first place we went to after we moved in and we really enjoyed it. The... Cuban sandwich is delicious!! Also we had the 805 pale Ale beer which was also really good. The atmosphere was great and thewaitresses were also very attentive and nice. We've been back twice already we liked it so much.
