After being a loyal and enthusiastic customer it is sad to see how the patisserie has declined so much. The size of the... pastries have shrunk and the prices have increased. The scones for example are tiny and more expensive for the larger moretastier scones at Rare Birds. Then the 6 person limit is absurd. All other stores in Oak Park are fully open with norestrictions this place is the sole adherent to an old COVID precaution. Customer service is lackluster. Read more

Pastries were really good but the person making the coffee was overwhelmed and falling behind; they made me an iced americano... and for some reason dumped out half the espresso before adding the water. I was late and didn?t want to hold up the backlog so Ididn?t say anything but the drink was basically just coffee-tinged water. Disappointing.
