Arrived waited came home order... wrong..2 pc no cheese cut in 8 slices with no garlic or parm. called back spoke to Mario he apologize and said the he wouldremake it. I ordered from this location for the first time and it was a horrible experience. First of all, I must say the only good thing... was, the young man who assisted me to my car with my order was very professional and I appreciate him. Secondly, thetemperature of the food was great. Now, besides that the pizzas were hard and dry, no sauce on them and to make matters worse, I called to let them know and the manager acted like it was my fault. He specifically told me I shouldn't have called the dayafter and that nothing was wrong with my order. It was impossible for me to deal with that the same day. I was at work, it wasmy birthday and I had literally no time. I didn't call to get more pizza, neither was I expecting to get my money back. I justwanted to let them know that they need to fix their problems with the pizza as they were the worst. However, the manager saidthey were done to perfection. If he calls that perfection, they need to get a new manager or close the store. I will never setfoot at this location ever again. Almost $200 spent and it all went in the trash. Read more
