Chill atmosphere. Cosmos were good. Wings and pretzel bites were good too.
The food was alright, but the service was unacceptable. Some of the staffed thanked us for being patient because the server was... very new. We were really unhappy with how long everything took and it some of it being wrong. We could understand someone isnew, but this poor server was basically left to handle a table of 3 kids, 2 toddlers, and 6 adults. It was like the manager, orwhoever, was setting this new server up to fail without giving them any help, we called ahead to let them know, and arrivedaround 5:45. I don't think I got my (correct) drink until 7. This was also around the time they told us they were able tofinally enter our meals in, thankfully we had already put in some wings as an appetizer. I have been going there since they opened and they definitely are not nearly as good as they once were. The quality of the... wings were just not there, they werent tossed in enough sauce and were not cooked well done as i had ordered. On top of it, weonly ordered 3 items and 2 of them were wrong. I ordered 10 wings well done buffalo sauce and the sauce on them was not buffaloand they werent good at all. Also ordered boneless wings jersey style and got buffalo instead. Read more
