About a month ago I went through this drive-thru and they missed a couple of products so they told me to come in and get them... when I did the gentleman told me he was the New Manager and that I should have came in on the same shift so that the manager onthat shift could replace my meal I informed him I had to work he said he would do it this time but in the future I need to comethe same shift I understand he's trying to get this place under control but how am I supposed to know the new rules he has forhis employees and managers IM JUST THE CUSTOMER! Came here for dinner and order a 3 taco supreme combo and a cheesy grilled burrito box, when I got home I didn?t get a grilled... burrito and I only got ONE supreme taco. Had to go back and sit in line for another 10 minutes. Should atleast get a meal forfree since I wasted my time. Read more
Slow service at the drive thru. Fine. Got home and they had forgotten my order of gaucomole. Annoyed but fine. But the taco... shells, crunchy btw, were old and stale. Ever smell that old smell of foods like old tortilla chips. That really ruined it forme. Read more
First of all the lobby was closed! I waited in line at the drive thru (Monday around 4 Pm) 4 to 5 minutes, while the manager was... outside talking to someone in a car. I ordered a 4 burrito 4 taco box and ask for 20 packs of hot sauce. When I got to thewindow, I was told and guaranteed that the hot sauce was in the bottom of the bag. When I got home there was 6 or 7 packs. Icalled back to the store and the manager told me that I had been rude to her girls, and that it was rude for me to ask for thatmuch sauce.
