I wanted to go through the drive-through at 7:19 AM, The menu order light was on, but when the guy came on the speaker he told... me that they were having a late start and that they needed some extra time. The drive thru guy was rude. We waited 5 mins on the order menu and as we were the only car, But it didn't bothered us until now... when i think about it. After 5 mins, the guy finally came back and helped us. Food came out fast, As I received our order, Iopen the bag to check and make sure we have all our order and counted the burgers and we were the only car at the time, Thedrive thru guy then said there's a timer and our time is up at the drive thru window and we have to roll. Server was rude and I could barely understand anything she said. In the end we ended up with something other than what we wanted... and the manager had zero interest in talking with us beyond just saying it was our fault straight up. Very dissapointingexperience. Read more
