Wait times we're very long at 9pm. Waited like 30 mins for food. The buns were dried out. Hire more people or get robots, lol.
Horrible service. Ignoring customers walking walk asking questions. No ice in front lobby. I asked for two honey mustard hot one... and when I tried to ask again walked away feom me again. Went through the drive thru tonight, did our order, they shorted us our order. When we went to tell them, they told us that we... didn't go through that drive, even though it was two minutes prior to telling them they shorted us. They were arguing back withmy fiance and refused to give him what we had ordered in the first place. They are horrible at their customer service. They needto hire better people, or they will be losing all kinds of business. Which it looks like they are now. That is not a way oftreating your customers. I have in the restaurant business for over 30 yrs and I have always made sure I treated my customersright and made sure they got what they came for.
