Absolutely horrible service and food. I've gone to this taco bell for years and never had issues until now. I will never be... going back. I ordered a Mexican pizza meal and pulled away from the window before checking my order. The Mexican pizza wasmissing and I had to wait back in the drive thru for and extra 10 minutes even after a 20 mins wait in the first place. This wasa few weeks ago. They still have not opened the dining room. I went back last night and spent $70 on horrible food. The girl atthe window was completely rude as long as the guy she called to help her. She got our order wrong and they refused to correctit. The burrito I ordered with no cheese sauce had cheese sauce. That hard tacos they forced us to take were stale. We wantedthe deluxe cravings box and they said they don't exist even though we seen the pictures on the menu. These people working lastnight at 10 pm need some more training. Was so disappointed, thought the new upgrade on the building would make it better but it got worse. My family and I got 3 ... supreme tacos, a grilled cheese burrito, a supreme burrito, 2 bean burritos, and a grilled chicken chipotle burrito. Allburritos had crunchy tortillas, We got no chicken burrito but three bean burritos. The supreme burrito had no lettuce nor redsauce, only one taco had sour cream and one had one tomato on it instead of multiple.. was so excited to get my favs but was sodisappointed.
