Food is decent, but their attitude towards customers needs to be better.
Have put in orders here and went to pick them up 3 time. every time, despite not being that busy and waiting at least 30 minutes... to an hour our order is still not ready and they were rude when we did show up. There are plenty of other places around Oaklandto get a good sandwich. And their Mediterranean food is awful! microwaved falafels and over salted salads. Bland hummus. Read more
Really good food. Friendly and clean. Get there early for lunch if you want a seat.
Came twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both times I came away with the same thought: It just wasn't that good. Good... service, and reasonably fast. No complaints there. The food is bland and poorly cooked and seasoned. The selection is great,just the type of stuff I want and an okay price. But I don't think I'll be coming back since there are plenty of better optionsin the area. Read more

Ordered a chicken shawarma plate and the person who made it handed it to someone else. Waited 10 minutes after paying while the... cooks were helping other people. The person who took the chicken shawarma came back and said it wasn?t the right order, so thecashier said to me ?here, this is your food.? I asked them if they could prepare a fresh plate since it?s been in someone else?spossession for 10-15 minutes.
