I have to admit I stumbled upon this new venue in an old location formerly Lake Merritt restaurant about 5:30 in the evening. It... was dimly lit so I wasn?t sure they were open but when I went inside and was impressed with the re-design of the inside of oldMerritt restaurant. Spacious seating area, and a full-service bar (when they have a bartender) sign in the window says softopening but the employees admit it it?s been a soft opening for a minute. I buy fire wing once in awhile, but when I ordered again this time- they gave me uncooked Hawaiian roll (litterly just a dough),... and their fries mushed together and their chicken sandwich, nashwil was balled up in the bag. Either somehow someone in wingstophates me or this is how they sell their food.. I feel disgusted today. Read more
