To whom it may concern, After returning back from my 3rd tour in Iraq I decided to meet up with an old time friend for lunch.It... was Tuesday May 29, 2018 at about 11am and I was looking forward to enjoying an appetizing meal at Otaez Restaurant for thefirst time.Our Waitress "Gabriela" was very Unprofessional.She became rude and condencending when approached about herbehavior.When I asked to speak to a Supervisor she responded by saying that no one was available and that the owner/supervisorwould come in later. The comment that bothered and hurt me the most was her assuming and verbally suggesting that "if what Iwanted was free food".When in all honesty what I would have wanted was for her to receive proper training as a Server.Needlessto say, we paid our meals in full and still left her a $5.00 tip. I will not be returning to Otaez Restaurant again.The food wasGreat but unfortunately the Service was Unsatisfactory.I do not recommend Otaez Restaurant to anyone. I only ever go for breakfast and it's pretty consistent. Chilaquiles Verdes with chicken are delicious

First time here. The music was terrible and at a very loud level. It was annoying. The waiter couldn't hear us and we couldn't... hear him. The food was okay. They didn't have any iced tea. It wasn't worth the obnoxious music. Read more
