I've been ordering from this restaurant since 2016, always good food except last night on 3/20/22 I ordered two plates of... noodles and a side of egg rolls. When I got home and opened the boxes, I found that the food was actually rotten. Both thenoodle plates were the consistency of wet bread, with a sour and repugnant smell, not at all like what I had receivedpreviously. The egg rolls were only a bit burned but got thrown away with the rest of it out of caution. I called the restaurantbut they had already closed, and when I called in the morning they told me they could not refund my purchase because it was notthe same business day, but ended up refunding me anyways in cash as part of their excellent customer service. However theycompletely denied that there was any problem with the food, saying no one had ever complained of this before, but I do see onesimilar review here on google. There were other people eating in the restaurant who did not seem to have any issue with theirfood, so I don't know how it happened. In the end they have great service and a beautiful restaurant, but please check yourboxes before going home. Read more
One of the worst dining experiences of the last ten years. The food was not fresh and the noodles were mush. The Ice tea was so... weak, it looked and tasted like sweet and condensed mink. Some kind of orange food coloring was used to make the pad thaiorange. Better Thai food would come from a box. After 20 years one would think... zero stars. Read more

The cashew chicken I ordered to go that I have been loving around the world in many Asian cuisine?s for the past 40 years was... the worst I ever had. The chicken was obviously frozen and re-frozen multiple times and tasted worse than cardboard. The Riceand cucumber salad were fine because you couldn?t fudge on that. This was on 8/26/2022 around 5:30 PM. I do sympathize withrestaurants that are doing poorly and must resort to things like this but I had to say something. I speak fluent Thai and Ioften get great food and service by asking what?s good over the phone and they?re amazed when I come in and see I?m not Thai.This time I did not because it was the first time I?ve tried the place.
