A delicious place for fish dishes. Beautiful a e s t h e t i c restaurant interior with woven basket fish hanging from the... ceiling, cute pink butterfly plates with pink napkin (highly recommended), Thai iced tea with a fancy flower to make you feelspecial, and more. I am typically not a Yelp reviewer, but feel the need to sing the praises for Pla Daek Thai Esan. Been twice with my husband... and consistently very pleased with everything we have ordered! I have eaten Thai all over the Bay Area for years and regardthis as a particularly excellent find. Quick, polite & responsive service, nice menu range and exceptionally fresh andflavorful, well-balanced dishes. Portions are generous, and priced accordingly. We cannot resist ordering too much becauseit?s all so deliciously tempting, so we always bring home some leftovers. Read more
Omg literally one of the best restaurants that I have ever been to! The staff is so nice and although it does take a little... longer, it is so worth the wait. They accidentally messed up our order and we didn't bother to say anything but they came andgave us free fried rice!! And let me tell you, that was the best fried rice ever!! We were so lucky to stumble upon this great spot! The fried whole branzino was definitely a highlight, but everything was really... delicious and fresh. Great cocktails and desserts as well!
