Took about 45min to get my order, slow workers don?t even care to work properly. Food not worth the money. Better bring your own... food. Read more
Food was disappointingly for the price..Blackbean burger was terribly bad. Not recommended.
The lowlight of an otherwise great day at the zoo. Theme park prices for school cafeteria quality. Your options are essentially... limited to a burger, pizza, or boxed salad. I had a burger, which was overcooked and served at room temperature. Online orderingseems to serve no purpose except to make you wait 15-30 minutes before getting in line. Used the QR code to order and waited 20+ minutes for our food. Saw people order after us and get their food because they stood... in line, I guess. They had to pull my order up by name and still waited 25 more minutes till finally we asked for a refund.Refund was partial but I didn't catch till we left. It's literally a zoo in that cafe and no zookeepers. Looks like a highschool cafeteria with people sticking their tongues out, touching food with no gloves and no hand washing. Will not go backthere or the zoo. It really took away from the experience. We wanted to end our adventures by eating our $100 food on the patioand looking out at the view but the incompetence spoiled that for us. Read more
