What a find. It?s off the road and so glad we ate here. The owner Nate is great, he waited on us, really enjoyed talking with... him. The food is excellent. We had the crab cake sandwich and fish sandwich but started with old bay shrimp. Highly recommendstopping here. Read more
I don't usually leave poor reviews but this place was definitely NOT what the description or prior reviews describe. Called the... day before to make a reservation bc we had a larger party. They were a bit panicked when we showed up and had to find room forus. Really just one lady doing everything. Very limited menu and almost everything was WAY overcooked. "Seared tuna" came out inchunks that were cooked enough they were ready to be canned, "medium-rare" steaks had a tiny hint of pink to them. And 40 typesof bourbon? Yeah, no. The bar shelves were almost empty - one vodka and one bourbon on the list. Don't know what happened tothis place but I wouldn't recommend it; we were really disappointed, especially for the price. I would highly suggest supporting this local gem. Service is a little slow due to short staffing, but food is worth it. Not to... mention how friendly and apologetic the staff was. They stuck together and made a perfect dinner experience for us. Kindnessreally does go a long way. If we go back to Deep Creek we will be coming here that?s for sure. Read more
