They were fresh and fast and of course cheap. Much better than last time
Told me they threw away my order. I was there at the proper pickup time.
On 8/13 I placed a mobile order for pizza at the Oakland MD location for a pickup time of 11:30 for a birthday party. When I... arrived at 11:30 my order was not only not ready, it had never been attempted. No communication that the store was unable tokeep the pickup time. No estimate on when it would be available. The employee response was "I'm by myself, BFS doesn't give mehelp". I received my order at 12:05. As BFS is well aware of, this is very unprofessional and a waste of customers time, butNothing new as this is what Marshall (BFS founder/Owner) allows and expects at his locations.
