It?s everything you want in a little shack off the highway in what can feel like the middle of nowhere. No idea what inspired us... to take a chance but we?ve now been coming here on our road trips down to Louisiana for 5 years. This was an amazing gem of a find! It was awesome. Our server, Jessica, was friendly and courteous without being overbearing.... The ultra clean restaurant is nestled back from the highway, near the lake. Which is great for the freshest, tastiest catfishI've had in a long while. The salad bar was nicely stocked with fresh vegetables. My only regret is that I was do full (had toget a doggie bag) that I didn't have room for the super-sized hand-dipped ice cream cones.
