Down-and-dirty, greasy, tasty, great. This is not health food but I like it.
The food is so good and so traditional I highly recommend it
This restaurant is in a shopping center, so plenty of parking, maybe even right in front. During the recent plague, they were... takeout or delivery only, except for a table and a couple of chairs on the sidewalk, but two tables have returned inside in thelast week or so. The menu comprises most of the familiar Chinese dishes--Cantonese, Hunan, Sichuan cuisine. (When I was therelast, they were replacing the take-one menus with new ones--price increase?). The best deals are the combination platters, whichinclude soup (your choice) and an egg roll, but only ten entrees are available as platters. I usually get the General Tso'schicken combo, but have also tried the Kung Pao chicken. Maybe the beef with broccoli next time. The food is first-rate. Notethat the two dishes I mentioned are not really hot, despite the red mark next to them, to accommodate Westerners. But they comewith a little dab of chili oil, in addition to the usual packets of mustard, soy sauce, and duck sauce. (I buy chili oil at theAsian grocery, so there's plenty at home.) Portions are _huge_. Add a second egg roll (good price) to a combo, and it willeasily feed two. Or make two meals for a single. Ambience here is basically zero on a scale of ten--it's not a dine-in place,even with the tables' return. Come for the food and take it home. Se habla Español. Read more
