Food is terrible. Not a fan of the homefries. I prefer grilled homefries not fried. Benedicts are awful. I would avoid this... place. I waited 15mins before a waitress came by and then my food took another 45 mins. Slow service to say the least. Thewaitress we had was not friendly and she didn't refill my coffee. Then I witnessed her scratch her head several times and usedher hands to touch my coffee mug. Not to mention the coffee mug she brought had a lipstick stain on it. My whole experience washorrendous. When I asked to speak to the manager the waitress said the manager hardly comes in. There needs to be a manager onsight because the staff doesn't care about the customers. Solid service, fresh food and clean bathrooms. The smoothies were also super fresh and tasty. Recommend and would come back.
They have a nice interior design and the place is very clean and well kept. The service is polite and attentive. Food is average... tasting and portions are relatively small. Overall it is a good experience. Read more

As reviewed on Yelp - 6/9/2018 Today's brunch was at Ben & Florentine in Oakville. I've never been to this place but my visit... today left me impressed. Although the place was already packed when we arrived, the hostess was quick to usher us to our tableof four. Our server was on cue and we ordered our coffee while browsing through their menu, which by the way is huge. It wastime to place our order: we ordered, Two eggs & crispy french toast, Classics, Healthy Scrambler, and Koko Loko for the littlelady in our party. At times, we see the bottom of our coffee cups but it's understandable given the crowd. The food arrived. Ourplates looked beautiful. Aside from the Healthy Scrambler, our breakfast order came with toast and potatoes. I opted for ryetoast. The potatoes were diced, fried and lightly seasoned. It was good but not what I preferred. The fruits were fresh, eggscooked to perfection, the bacon crispy as well as the French toast. All in all, the experience was positive, the food was good,the place was packed but did not slow down the service we received. Will definitely go back! Read more
