Terrible service!! Very rude!!!!! Ordered a pizza, suppose to be the best in Oakville!! Waited 45mins to get a cold pizza. I saw... it hanging out in the window waiting to be picked up by one of the wait staff, but they decided to ignore my poor pizza. I tookone bite and sent it back. Excellent pizza and Caffreys Irish Ale plus good, attentive service. Growing in popularity as population expands in the area.... May need to expand and improve the front look of the pub. Read more

Been here more times than I should have and they keep me smiling every single time. I occasionally take my toddler here too,... just to keep connected with the community and love how Zena (I hope I got the name correctly) takes care of her customers sowell. All about being part of the community and must say, the food is amazing. Let me recommend the Palermo Nachos for a gamenight. Huge in terms of quantity and always my favourite. I would however recommend they bring in more locally brewed beer asthat would be an icing on the cake. Keep it up Palermo team. Read more
