The food quality as well as the quantity is also not up to the franchise standard. The staff was also a bit rude; I do under... that it was the rush hour at Saturday evening but still they could be polite. I hope they improve soon. But I would never visithere again. Read more
I ordered a burrito for the first time and when I arrived to pick it up, they informed me that I had included some sauces in my order that were not vegan. Although they prepared the order, they prepared burritos again after realising I would not eat it and my money would be wasted because the ingredients were not vegan. I know they lost money, but they did everything they could to make the customer experience pleasant. It was a fantastic experience, and kudos to the team for taking customer service to new heights.
