I go to chipotle multiple times a week and I?ve never had a more frustrating experience. So me and my mother in law and sister... in law go in and it?s busy (granted it was like close to 1pm) and the lady doing the condiments and the lady who was cashing outthe orders were so rude and disrespectful to us. They threw our food together so sloppy bearly got any meet in my double stakeorder and when we went to cash out I bought my bowl my hubbys food and my mother in laws food totaling out to over $40 then thelady when I asked for chips rolled her eyes at me and literally threw my chops in the bag then she tried to charge my mother inlaw for the food i already bought and when we asked her like didn?t u pit it on my ticket she verbally grunted and rolled hereyes again and said in a very rude tone ? yea ig so? then when we got home our stake was burnt and the chicken was way oversalted and my hubby but into actual salt we couldn?t eat the order considering it was all just way over salted and we had to goto work. When I called costumer service they said they would handle it so I sent them my receipt it?s been a week and nothinghas been done I?m very disappointed in how this happened and am expecting something to be done. DoorDash driver here. I'll give them that the place was clean, and they may have been slightly understaffed but for several... drivers to be waiting 45 minutes for their orders to deliver is ridiculous. The employee stated that if an order comes throughwith more entrees, then the others get pushed to the bottom. That means if you order for yourself and/or another person atlunch, expect to be waiting an hour or more for food. If you're a delivery driver, pass on this place. Your wallet and time willthank you. Never have Guaq or chips. The line is always dirty and so is the lobby. Brown and white rice is typically dry and super old... because the cilantro is almost brown! And woah, the trash man! Get the trash! It?s like over flowing consistently! I would orderonline to try avoid this but I?m not sure I don?t trust to watch the food being made here. Read more
