I've been here a few times and the guy making drinks is really nice and he tries to go as fast as possible. I like doing store... pick up because their drive thru is so small and I have a large vehicle and all I can say is if you do store pick up wait 15 to20 minutes to give them time. Both times I came this last week I've had to stand waiting for my drink (I came 10 minutes afterordering) again no big deal. Read more
Simple order..frozen french vanilla coffee with a double shot..drive thru asks "Just want to make sure that coffee is hot" I... repeated "Iced" and this is what I end up with..if I wanted a foamy, warm, non frozen coffee I would have asked for one..CmonDD!! Read more
I don't normally complain about orders that are messed up, accidents happen. I have been going here off and on for a few months.... I can go 5 days a week and on 4 of those days my order will be wrong. I would give them a pass if I was ordering detailed andcomplicated things. However, I'm not. If they can't reliably make a toasted bagel and put extra cream cheese on it, there is aproblem. If I can't order a coffee with flavoring and extra flavoring, there is a problem. Read more
I?m not really sure what?s happening here at this Dunkin but waiting almost a half hour in the drive thru is absurd. I used to... run a McDonald?s and let me tell you, your job is NOT hard. Your employees all have attitudes and it seems as though they justcan not get peoples orders right. I hate leaving bad reviews. I completely understand that a lot of places have been extremelyshort staffed in the last few years. I get it. But the way this Dunkin is run is sad. I hope they make some changes soon. Read more
