Worst location. They are always out of something. This is how they give you a ?toasted? bagel. Burnt! I did not ask for cream... cheese on the side, yet they gave it to me on the side. If they cared even a little bit they would have just put cream cheese onthe bagel to cover the black, but nope not here, here you have to expect the bare minimum. Never put straws in the bag.. giveyou your cup all wet and sticky on the outside.. one drink they?ll make with 4 ice cubed that by the time you get it havealready melted and the other drink they?ll put a regular amount of ice. Please, do yourselves a favor and keep your money and stay away, you will never get what you pay for at this Dunkin. If you do... go, expect to be neglected and ignored and for the employees to treat you as though you're on THEIR time. I usually love Dunkin, the girl on the register was new but at least she was friendly. The other girl who was working drive &... making the coffee, seemed aggravated anytime the other girl asked her a question. Ordered an iced pumpkin spice, their seasonal and advertised item. It was iced and looked good but No Pumpkin Spice Flavor was... added. Iced Coffee with Creamer & whipped cream. Disappointed! Read more

Ordered online via their app a day before my event for 4 jugs of coffee and 4 jugs of hot chocolate. I walk in at 5:15pm (my... event starts at 6) ready for my order to be ready. I walked into the employee stating she doesn?t have enough boxes and nothingready yet. I sat there for 45 mins to have this order completed. Only to bring these items to a funeral home for families thatwere the worst watered down coffee and hot chocolate I have ever experienced from Dunkin. I purposely chose Dunkin because thehot chocolate is usually so good. I am embarrassed I gave these items to families we serve and I showed up late due to aninefficient ordering system.
