See this visit for a late lunch was surprising. It was a Sunday and the store did not seem prepared for business. The line was... extremely long almost out the door and blocking every which way other people were trying to walk. There were no kiosks to helpexpedite orders and two out of the 3 registers were manned. I imagine they were short staffed, unfortunately. The cashier's werenice and the supervisor seemed diligent and kind to guests. So they had run out of flatbread and were not serving any of thepizzas, our son's favorite and the reason we come here and there was no warning until after the 20 minute wait in line, now yougotta hold up the line even more while you figure out a new plan. Then the food pickup experience......my husband and two boyssat while I looked out for our food. I notice the kid Mac and cheese's side item, the bread, was small, broken in two, and overcooked. It looked a little too crisp for a kid to try to eat. So I mentioned this to the server. She turned away with noresponse grabbed a bag with the one slice of bread in it pulls it out folds it and places is on the dish and with an attitudeanswers "that's the best I can do, we are all out". That was rude, she could have offered a change of the side item and shecould have been polite, as I was. For this reason I score this place lower. Customer service is everything and being prepared tobounce out of a hurdle during peak business hours will have your customers wanting to come back rather than leaving regrettingthat they passed on so many other restaurant choices at this plaza for that experience. Disappointed! After seeing yummy commercials on TV about their burgers & pizza I ventured to give it my first try today in-spite... of their high prices! $11 for that chicken burger was about the same as McDonald?s $4 one size wise. Only the sauce and breadwas better. The $9 chicken pizza was no where as good looking as the commercial. The bread on it got chewy and hard even whileeating it! $23 bucks in all for the two of us without drinks! Only tried it because it was next to my Eye Dr. and I had beenrecently bombarded with those delicious ads! Won?t be going back at those prices! By the way, the Pizza server there had neverheard of Pizza chili peppers to add some spice. They didn?t have any! I was quite surprised. The poor gal looked at me inamazement when I asked her if she ever added those that are so common at Pizza Hut or Domino?s. She had no idea what I wastalking about!! As you can tell, I love spices. Mr Panera Bread, why not make these pods available? Read more

I ordered pick two, soup and half sandwich, I barely got any soup, it was less then a half cup and I asked one of the server... why it was barely any soup and she was very rude and told me that I was lucky that I got two spoon of soup and that was the waythey served, I always get the pick two and I never had a tiny cup specially for the price they charged, my sandwich was ok, they service has gone worse.
