I felt the need to share a review this evening. My fiancé and I enjoy coming to the Dougout. The fresh blackened chicken salads... are delicious. This evening we were both taken back as we watched customers turned away as they came into dine. I am writingthis review on a Saturday night. As we were finishing our meals at 8:40 pm, chairs were being stacked on tables and customerswere being turned away. There were 5 customers that were turned away during this this 10 minute gap. Google says they close at10 pm as well as the front door. The weather was perfect out (that?s not the reason to close early). The waitresses said it hadbeen slow. If your slow you can?t turn away customers it will only get worse. Why not send a waitress home instead of wastingpatrons time thinking your open. Read more
Very reasonable delivery fee. Burger was exceptionally delicious. Seasoned fries are spectacular. House-made chips are crisp,... flavorful and fresh.
