Manager is lazy and instructing staff to take short cuts. I asked for one sandwich mayo only extra mayo both sides. Comes out... with lettuce meaning they grabbed an old one from the rack. When brought back in the manger stated she put packets in the bag Iasked for it to be on the sand which pretty simple request. Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star cause there's no other way to leave a review. I ordered 2 4 for 4s and 2 biggie bags. All... 4 fries were either cold are hard as a rock. The nuggets all looked under cooked. Our 2 strawberry lemonades tasted nasty and 1looked like they took ocean water and put dye in it. I call to have then make it right and all the managers could do is arguethat's not true I remember this order and that I'm sorry you feel this way. Typical Wendy's quality. Drive thru was very slow. Probably due to short staffing issues but there were at least 5 employees in... view. I'm diabetic an the diet soda and unsweetened tea options were out cashier was pleasant but seemed a little irritated. Read more
