We went in and waited 5 minutes to be helped. We then found that they do not have regular Dunkin donuts items, such as a Carmel... coolata. We then ordered our other drinks while trying to decide what else to order. After ordering our other drinks and tryingto help my sister order her usual the cashier repeatedly asked us if we were done ordering. We said no every time. When mysister decided what she wanted, the girl said " Ok. 2 minutes please!" We then waited for 15 minutes for our 3 drinks. Itdoesn't take that long to make a frozen hot chocolate, strawberry coolata, and a regular coffee. It was definitely NOT worth thewait, or the price. Read more
It is combined with Dunkin Donuts. Sadly, normally I rate places like this a good score because it is a chain. The service here... was by far the worst I have experienced at a Dunkin' Donuts and also on the broad walk. There was at least 8 employees working,but four employees were not working. One of the employees was doing squats -_-. I WAITED 8 MINUTES FOR A SIMPLE ICE COFFEE.Another customer waited 10+ for her drink. We did not have anyone in front of us for 5-6 minutes of that time. It is verydisappointing to see employees messing around IN FRONT of customers while customers are waiting a unacceptable time for theiritem. I recommend another DD/BR other than here. Read more
