My family and I had breakfast at this restaurant while we were in Ocean City for the weekend. It was a horrible experience. From... the moment we entered the service was poor. The young lady at the front of the restaurant could hardly be bothered to talk tous. It was as if we interrupted her morning. After we were shown to our table, the waitress continued with the poor service. Itried to order a sandwich without eggs as it was listed in the menu, and the lady acted as if I was speaking a foreign language.After I repeated and explained my request a couple of times she finally seemed to understand that I wanted a sandwich with breadand vegetables without any eggs, dairy or meat. All the ingredients for my sandwich were straight out of cans. Nothing wascooked, seasoned or presented in a way that made it look edible. It was the worst meal I ever had. I want to believe they servebetter food in prison or a hospital. How can you spoil Home Fries? My sister ordered pancakes, and she didn?t eat it. My momordered an omelette with toast. She reluctantly had the omelette and had to return the toasts. Stay away from this place if youknow what good food is. The staff are unfriendly and the food is bland. My honest opinion is that the owners/staff of thisrestaurant should not be in the food service industry. I don?t believe they have a passion for food or customer service. We had lunch at this location on Thursday, June 23. The pizza was standard and fine. The service was fine. Our waitress appeared... to be in a happy daze. The reason for that seemed clear, as she absolutely reeked of marijuana. Like, we could have asecond-hand high off the smell, that?s how strong it was. Someone else brought our food and the waitress eventually came to seeif all was well. Customers should not have to point out this type of thing. It would be quite obvious to any manager. What staffdoes on their time off is their choice, but this just isn?t the best look for a family-friendly restaurant. Read more
Nice friendly staff! Good food. Especially the Homemade chicken salad. Today I ordered the Rhode Island sub. Pretty good. Almost... like an Italian sub. Wish they served the sausage sub like 3rd street. One thing I don't record is the side of fries with thesub. The amount you get is definitely not worth $3.00. If you're a breakfast fan, you would be doing yourself a disservice by skipping this Ocean City staple. I had the luxury of... dining here during the off-season. When we arrived the parking lot was sparse and we were seated immediately. The restaurantsmelled like pancakes and coffee and the decor was charming, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the coffee was hot andfresh. I forgot what the meal I got was called, but it was a basic big breakfast with eggs, your choice of breakfast meat, anda full stack of three large pancakes. The pancakes were definitely the star of the show. Fluffy, large, and delicious. TheDough Roller basically does pancake breakfasts and pizza for lunch and dinner, and they definitely have perfected both. There'sa reason they have multiple locations along coastal highway and the boardwalk. If you go during peak season, you're going to bewaiting for a table, but it will be well worth it! Read more

We stopped in here for breakfast on our second day of vacation and it was good enough to come back the following morning for... breakfast again. The pancakes, French toast and eggs were all really good. You get a nice big cup of coffee. Prices were good.Has its own parking lot. Only negative I can think of is I didn't think the home fries were that good but you may like them morethan I did. Would definitely recommend. Read more
