Decided to try this place for dinner. I have never been more disappointed in a place. We were a party of 9 (6 adults, 3 in... wheelchair scooters, and 3 kids.) Right from the start you could tell the workers were not trained to deal with the scooters. Weasked to have the first table inside the door and the first booth (for 2 adults and 3 kids - the other adult was going to sit atthe table with the scooters). One of the girls said fine, another said no. There was a bit of a discussion between them. Theysaid we could just pull the scooters up to the table. Great. Another person decided that was not okay and they had to be parkedbehind the first booth on the right side. By this time we were fed up. We ended up leaving before even ordering. The staff needsto be trained on how to handle people with disabilities and also scooters. There was no need to be treated like that. We endedup going down the boardwalk and found a place that was willing and able to serve our party without trying to make the disabledpeople get out of their scooters. Such a shame being treated like that. We will never patronize this establishment after oursour experience and their poor attitudes! Read more

Seeing an employee assault another employee and no action was taken was horrible. Absolutely toxic environment. Who is next? A... customer hit? Violence should never be tolerated! She should be not only fired but the police should have been called. If thatmale server was smart he would sue the company. Read more

5 stars for blonde girl with red shirt at the window, she was friendly and nice and seemed to be in a good mood. Very refreshing... to interact with someone with a smile especially with a crazy crowded boardwalk. Our crabcakes were pretty small but tasty, alsowe liked the fries better than thrashers so take that as you will. They were less greasy but hot and fresh. Would recommend. Read more

The service was great until it came time for needing refills, needing extra things for our meal, boxes, check. We got our food... and the server basically disappeared. The food was great except the nachos. Came out quickly. You have to build them yourselfwhich was strange but they weren't too tasty. All over okay experience. Read more

Horrible. Server was friendly. Food was DISGUSTING!! Chicken was dry. Pizza was rock hard on bottom. Onion rings were burnt.... Fries were cold. Asked to speak to a manager. A man came out who clearly wasn't a manager. He said I'll tell the cooks , sorry, but NO offer to remake food. Very disappointed. Then all the flies everywhere. Horrible customer service. Read more
