My wife and I come here every time that we visit OCNJ. My wife typically gets the soft shell crab sandwich and I get either... scallops, crab cakes, or the tuna steaks. My wife loves their ice tea and we both like the fresh chips that they make. We haveeaten at Ike's easily over a dozen times and have never had a bad experience. Always a good place to stop for lunch or dinner. Read more

The shrimp appetizer was well cooked and seasoned perfectly. The crab cakes was delicious and we love the fresh cooked chips,... but they could have used some seasoning that they mentioned. One realization of note is that their smaller location near 8thstreet is closed and only this 13th is open now. Read more
Stopped in to take Mom and three wife out to lunch. Jill out waitress was super attentive, and three good was great. There was a... little mix up on the order, but she adjusted the check, delivered the correct food and all was well. They even have a littlediscount on the mix-up, which we put in the top for great service. Read more

Just average. I didn?t get sick and I wasn?t wowed by any means. The crab cake itself was rather soggy and falling apart a great... deal. I would have preferred it to be more crisp. This place doesn?t deserve to the hype in my opinion. So many sources said itwas the best but I disagree, maybe in the area but certainly not overall. The waitstaff was fine though they did forget one ofthe things I ordered which was annoying since we walked away already 15 mins down the boardwalk and had to walk back.
